Follow up - I spoke with J. Hernandez today at PCGS and not only are these 2 quarters now removed from the pop report (effective in a few days) but also a 1974-S Lincoln Cent in PCGS-MS69RD which was also a mechanical error slabbed in the same batch of coins!!!
