Pictured here is a 2 Reale Cob from my collection - and that is all I know about this coin.

Any experts out there with any further insights? Is the 42 a date? 1642 or 1742? Mint marks?

Pretty sure that is KM29a 1742 Bolivia 2 Reales. I can't make out the mintmark (P or C) as it's too worn.

I was googling trying to find better pictures, and ran across a few being sold as shipwreck coins. Pretty neat though!

Thanks for the information! Based on what you provided, I took a look through Heritage's archives - and they had a KM29a very similar to mine - I do believe the mystery is solved!
