Not sure they will get that help. I could care less and delete them as soon as I see them. I also never asked them to send me newsletters but they do it anyway. info they obtained from e-bay. I believe it is against e-bay rules for them to do that.
I got both messages (the Overstock notice and the plea for copies of eBay notices). They're digging deep for help, I don't think I've bought from them in at least three years.

I have no problem with anyone who has sold something to me sending an email updating me on their business. That's a common business practice?? I should add he sold me a nice seated quarter problem free.

I think when you send to your customer base it is legal. Anyone who got a email from them not purchase from them?
