Need Help - are these coins Japanese? Chinese?

Hello - if anyone knows where these coins are from, and/or if they
have any kind of value, etc, I would appreciate hearing about it.
They are part of some world coins I have and know nothing about.......
Thanks (in advance) for any responses.
Lovin' the coin forums.

There are other more board members in this area of coinage who can help you on the specifics (dates, etc.). Never seen that Chinese coin before so I will be interested to know what it is.
Chicolini: Mint? No, no, I no like a mint. Uh - what other flavor you got?
Obscurum per obscurius
Coin 2: Japan, five sen, 1898. (Shiroh, I think you forgot to subtract 1)
According to Krause (2008 35th Ed., p. 394) 7.2 candareens is equivalent to 10 cents, not 5, so I believe that the piece shown is an Imperial undated 2.7g, .82 fine silver coin minted from 1890-1908 in Kwangtung Province.
It is almost certainly Y#200, valued at $4.50-7 (VF-XF) in the 35th Ed.; but there is a (very) slim chance that it is Y#195.1, an undated 1889 issue worth $2,000 or more. Some one more expert than I, with a more specialized reference than Krause, would have to be consulted to determine how to tell them apart.
