probably 3-400 people there including kids. The players were VERY friendly and gracious about signing, at least for my 3 kids.

Now I need a darn Jake Westbrook for my Heritage set.

I told the players when we got to the table it was our Katie's B-day and he made a little bit of commotion with the others at the table and she got all embarrassed.

After it was over I asked him if Katie could get a pic with him and he says "Oh sure, the birthday girl!". My son, who is usually extremely reserved, even approached him and asked for a photo!

I thanked him after each photo and told him we really appreciated it. I also made a point to thank him for auto'ing a card this summer on a TTM by my son and pointed out that he and JoBo were the only 2 that did so.

Again they were VERY people friendly!

Now that I said that, another TTM from an Indian arrived in today's mail. My boy will open it in a while.

congrats john, modern player with legisble sigs, now that is cool, i was walking down thru the mall tonight going to get some cardsavers,and dusty baker/ryan freel/jay bruce/thom brennaman/jeff brantley/ & phil costellini,coach/2 reds/2 broadcasted/amd bigwheel with red were signing at mall,didnt even hear about it,didnt want to drive al the way back home to geta ball so got a romlb for 17.00 (ouch) and got em all to sign it,was pretty cool,they were doing dusty goes to the reds as manager tour in wv/oh/in/ky in the next week
