Never been to a coin show before. Just got introduced to the hobby this past year. I live in SoCal, about a two hour drive

to Long Beach, so I will attend. Do they trade old coins for new? I'll only go once because I work a regular job.

Which day is best, the first day for the freshest pickens or the last day for best deal pickens? I'll try to meet as many forum

members as possible, unless they don't want to bother with a "working class", "low budget" collector. Should be

kinda wandering around looking for that elusive 2006w silver eagle proof 70....think I'll find one? Ok, maybe that's

just a pipe dream and I'll have to settle for a 1909s vdb penny graded ms67red instead. I am a lucky man after all, so I'll remain

optimistic.....but seriously, I'm looking forward to meeting some of you and seeing what you really look like Hope to

see you there!

I can make the auction viewing because they are open in the evenings Unfortunately I need to work to support my coin addiction and usually catch only an hour or 2 at the bourse to commune with a few dealers. Oh Bummer! My plane doesn;t arrive until 12:30 and then there's getting a car and finding the Convention Center so I probably won't be there friday until around 3 at the earliest. I'll be there all day Saturday though.
