1914 MPL Cent: It couldn't have looked like this in the grading room

1914 1C PR66 Red PCGS A delightful Premium Gem example of this later matte proof Lincoln cent issue, boldly executed and primarily copper-orange with minor carbon behind the head. A curiously shiny area is noted to the left of Lincoln's shoulder, though this has no significant impact on the grade assigned.
"curiously shiny"?
The pics remind me of Sammy Davis Jr. joking with Dean Martin,
"If all the women in Texas were as ugly as these photos of this
66RD, then the Lone Ranger gonna be alone for a LONG time!"
A stain on the holder? Turning in the holder? Considering the cataloger's
description, I completely don't understand. Anyone have any comments?

I collect 20-slab, blue plastic PCGS coin boxes. To me, every empty box is like a beating heart NOT.
People come up sometimes, and ask me, G99G, are you kidding? And I answer them no, I am NOT KIDDING.
Every empty box?
C'mon!
