I don't know where you are located, but most of the suppliers have this book at the major shows even though it is OOP. I picked mine up at the Santa Clara show in CA (and many argue that this show is not major)

Do you remember how much you paid for it at the show? I have one coming up in Houston.

Because it was OOP they charged me close to full price. I think it was very close to the auction price on ebay including shipping ( Between $30-35). But the shipping prices alone on that guy's auction are bad enough that I don't want to do business with him.
