How do you feel about the new regrade with comment and crossover with grade and comment options?

If you're asking me, it should be something that a lot of people utilize, as there seem to be a lot of complaints about not knowing "why?" in these situations. Personally, I've submitted to them for so long and with so many series that I don't go there in the first place if it's a "hoper". I'm generally happy with my results.
