First MS68 BS 07 D Kennedy made- update it's raining 68's

Will Looks like someone has made the first MS 68 07 D Kennedy BS. Congrats to the maker if it is a real BS coin - it must be a looker and a lot of searching must have been done to find it. Wonder if more are to come.



Updated now a second has been made hummmmm --- I'm still a sceptic of the first one

    I don't think any of the D's were close to an 8

    I hope the maker will post a pic...I'd really like to know if it's truely a business strike...or another mis-holdered SF coin like some of the 2005 Kennedys.

    Well I'm impressed since all my D's were uh, less than desireable!

    It seems to me that the higher in grade the BS coins go, the more difficult it is to distinguish the difference between BS and SF.
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The 2007-D in PCGS plastic graded MS68 in on ebay, I would say it is a "Wolf in Sheep Clothing". The outfit that is hocking it had several of the mis labeled 2005 Kennedy half dollars too.

    When will the first 07-D Sac in 68 come about? I just took a shot at it. I did not do Ken's this year.

    Checked the listing and with the sellers poor pictures it is hard to tell if it is HOWLING or not. But I sure thought I heard a stange sound.

    Will it sure has that look of a wolf and they have sold a few wolf's before - first hand knowlege about thatimage, I vote for anouther mislabled coin that this seller seems to get ahold of allot.

    Take a close look at the obv. above the "I" in Liberty. Is that on the holder?

    Edited to add; Are those contact marks under the "T" on the obv?

    If you follow this link you can see all the photos stored there. Many ACG slabs too.

    This coin was submitted with a bunch of non-SF coins. Could PCGS overlooked SF because it was with earlier halves like 76, 87, 70, 69, etc?

    Would they? Especially if it was listed with coin number of 149532 on the submission.

    Just noticed that now there are two of them out there. Anybody seen the other one?

    I was wondering, I can see a die difference between the SMS halves and the regular Business strikes, but is this true of all the SMS coins. I can't see any difference between the nickels?
