I think you're making too much of an assumption. I think it simply means exactly what it says, that they'll be available for shipping (insert date here). Have you ordered a Mint Set of SAE and noticed the same "product will be available for shipping..., statement? I have, and then months later you can still buy them.
I'm not saying you're wrong I just think you can't make that blanket assumption.

Ok, I agree with you. Buy I have seen these postponed dates turn into "Product Not Available."
It's plain fun trying to figure out the Mint's production runs!!!!
The platinum bullion 1/10th (non-W) coin is sitting on a ridiculously low total of 3,000 coins sold through November. It is unclear if they have stopped minting the 2007 issues since they are now taking orders for the 2008 coin for delivery starting January 3rd. i have noticed the prices have been going up on eBay.

I think you mean to state 3,000+/- Singles + 2,300 in 4-Coin Sets = 5,300+ Units of the 2007 W Unc Platinum Coins or about double the 2006 W Unc Numbers. >>
Nope, I clearly stated it was for the non-W bullion coin which is not sold directly to collectors by the Mint. The numbers are the bullion sales totals through November.-
Part of the reason you discredited the Coin World reported mintage figures for the 2006-W platinum issues was the numbers didn't fit previous known graded populations of the bullion issues. Now you are saying peoiple don't collect the bullion coins

edited because I spelled postponed incorrectly!!!
I think you mean to state 3,107 Singles + 2,324 in 4-Coin Sets = 5,431 of the 2007 W Unc $10 Platinum Coins
VS
3,544 Coins = 2006 W Unc $10 Platinum Coins
<< <i>Buff you are using CW numbers again ;>
