I am on day 8 of a september special sub. Is the 5 day turnaround a guideline, or will I actually get sub vouchers?

I also don't appreciate my credit card being charged three days ago for the full amount of the grading. Is this standard policy? If so, fine, lesson learned and I need to plan better next time financially. However, I don't think the card should be charged till you at least get the grades...bad business if you ask me...

    PSA just wants to get their money before they do the work. I guess they feel that they do not want the hassel of a credit card not being any good after they did the work. If I was in their shoes I would do the same.

    I agree, and I don't think that running the card prior to grading is a bad thing - but they should do it the same day as the grading so you are actually getting some information (grades) in exchange for the $$$ you spent.

    1. Cards go into queue. Wait.

    2. Credit card charged as cards are checked into grading area.

    3. Grading occurs immediately after.

    4. Grades are posted.

    5. ...

    6. profit.

    They try to turn specials within 45-business days; however, there is no guarantee they will be posted within this timeframe.

    If you want a quick turnaround, use Super Express (2-business days guarantee), Express (5-business days), Regular (10-business days), or Modern (35-business days).
    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    A. The turnaround time of the September special was a major reason for me submitting so many cards. Thus, they should have some more information on the return times and being "approximately" five days.

    B. It seems like they should not charge your credit card until they are ready to grade and post, and they charged me for postage too!
