September Special Questions

I am on day 8 of a september special sub. Is the 5 day turnaround a guideline, or will I actually get sub vouchers?
I also don't appreciate my credit card being charged three days ago for the full amount of the grading. Is this standard policy? If so, fine, lesson learned and I need to plan better next time financially. However, I don't think the card should be charged till you at least get the grades...bad business if you ask me...
