Submission question's???

When submitting coins from Proof and Mint Set's. Do you leave them in the cello or take them out?
Does the size of the flip matter when sending them in? I couldn't find 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 flips,
but I did find 2 x 2's. Will these be okay?

You can leave them in the mint cello, but they need to be in 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 safe flips.

I take them out.
I find I have trouble looking through the cello.......old eye's.

As far as the 2 1/2" flips, PCGS sells them at a fair price & so does Wayne Herndon.
