Need help with Bowman BB7 Marvin Harrison

Hi all need a little help with this card, Bowmans Best Bet BB7 Marvin Harrison. I can't find anything on it. I looked on ebay and none are listed. This was pulled out of a pack i traded for yesterday i got a total of 4 packs and this was the only one that stumped me cause i never collected these. Any help would be appreciated.

    I should have mentioned this is from the 1996 Bowman issue.
