eBay sellers - PayPal question - Help Needed!

For those who use eBay & PayPal... how do I change the PayPal account that eBay has listed for me?
I've gone to the EDIT Payment Preferences, but it does not show anywhere to change it to my new PayPal account (my old PayPal account has been in "lock error" for a few years, and I am unable to find out the issue because PayPal will only respond through the old email address that I no longer have - and I can't update the email because the account won't allow me access... etc. etc. round & round we go)

I have a new PayPal account... but I can't seem to find out how to replace my old PayPal in eBay's payment preferences/PayPal information area??

sign in as your new Paypal name,auction tools link on Paypal site, offer Paypal on your listings link, hit add button for your Ebay name?........but I'm not sure.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. (I hadn't thought of trying to change it through PayPal instead of eBay!)

If that doesn't work, call eBay or Paypal, they can do it.
