1987 Set

I wish to start a 1987 set for my daughter as a gift. I think I want to go slabbed Pcgs. PF 69. My question is, What are the difficult ones out there, If any. And if you have some to part with........

    None. You could buy a 1987-S proof set, slab them all and chances are they would all get a 69 maybe a 70 if you're really lucky.

    i think you have chosen too easy a goal, and recommend the
    year 1887. Imagine when she turns 18, that proof set will be
    enough to send her to MIT. barely. :-|
