Do you have to be a member to submit when it is Open House Friday?

I want to submit some packs, but I don't trust the USPS to handle them.

    I thought one had to be a member to make ANY submission.


    If the packs are well secured inside of a box and insured, the
    chances of loss/damage through USPS are pretty slim.

    I'm under the impression that you can get a reholder for a broken case w/o being a member, although I haven't tested that proposition.

    Similar question I've always wondered: Do you have to be a member to get the free submissions when you hit 75% on a set in the registry?

    The answer to this is no.

    You don't have to be a member to submit - however you need to be a member to submit under the specials.
