Darkside pocket piece?? (pics not required)

So from time to time people talk about their pocket piece in the US Coin forum, but does anyone have a darkside pocket piece or favorite darkside coin they like to handle a lot? I have a 1937 British Crown that I pass through my hands a lot. I like the feel of the big silver coins. What about the rest of you??

I have an Arizona tax token I carry. About the size of a quarter. I like the sound it makes banging against other change in my pocket.

Not really a pocket piece, but I do carry a Thai 20 baht note in my wallet.

I've got a modern Japanese 1 yen (small and aluminum) that I keep in my change section. I also have an Italian 50L from 1977 (the naked blacksmith guy) that has been turned into a keychain fob. I uploaded a couple pictures awhile back...

image I'm a bit partial to the Philippines Peso, myself. I like all the big silver crown size coins in general. I also have a 1948 Cuauhtemoc 5 Pesos and a one ounce Libertad bullion coin that I take out and fondle once in a while. image

I alternate pocket pieces but they are all in Air-Tites. Copper, CuNi, silver or gold. Various denominations or no denomination at all. image

I sometimes carry an 1890 Victorian Crown that some moron "cleaned" with a wire brush image

I also have several holed coins, liteside and darkside, that I alternate on a keyring.
I used to have about a dozen holed coins plus keys on the keyring, but it actually
did some damage to my ignition switch because of the weight image

I have a 1936 Canadian silver dollar in VF. I wanted to carry a scratched 1904 Philippine peso I got in a lot of coins via auction, but now I can't find it. image

I've been looking for a nice chunk of silver to carry along with my 2006 ASE.

I like Musky's coin. Very cool looking!

  • I picked up whilst on holiday in Vegas a Lucky penny key fob with a 1973 copper coin embedded in the center. I don't know the denomination as it only shows Flanklin as the other side says "Fabulous Gary Las Vegas
