Can anyone guess the grade on this PCGS entombed 1893cc Morgan Dollar? (jabba is excluded from guessing)

Reverse is a full VG8 (complete rim and denticles), but the obverse is worn past the rim on the left side.

Now how come that will get slabbed but my 1806/5 Bust Quarter gets bagged for cleaning without near the obvious signs *grumble
