I know I have recourse through PP but I'd much rather have the coins.... Just venting. Honestly, I had a lot of good experiences at ebay but just a couple of bad folks can put a sour taste in your mouth.

If it has been very recent talk to the post office and see if it is possible to contact the receiving post office and stop the delivery. I don't know if that is possible but it might be.

If it has been longer you may not have much recource through PP either. If he has cleaned out his PP account you may not be able to get anything back from that route either. (If your PP is funded from a credit card then you will be able to get the money back through them, but you may find you paypal account frozen, so empty it before you do a CC chargeback.)
