In the New Beckett.....

I got this directly from another board....
"Now I may be a little behind on this because I just got my Beckett today, but I was shocked when I was flipping through to see Beckett advocating resubmitting cards in hopes of the grade getting bumped. (bottom left of page 104, referring to Pujols BGS 9 that sold for $5,500 with grades of 8.5 (centering,) 9.5, 10, 9.5. "The card was just one half-point on centering from being a Gem Mint 9.5 copy, which would have added an additional $4,000 to the bank account of the owner. Most BGS 9s will sell for around $4,500 so this close subgrade call added a nice $1,000 premium. The buyer should send it to BGS for a review."
Thoughts?"

Wow, ANY THOGUHTS? Anyways, I purchased this card off from eBay and wanted to send it in to grade. What are the chances of it getting a 9 or even a 9.5 as I've never held a printing plate before?

Also, if this is a printing plate, how come the centering is so off?
