Bank wrapped wheats, depending on the condition, dates, etc. can be worth into the $20 range on common date coins, whereas harder dates command a premium. If it's a circulated roll of common-date coins, then it would probably only fetch $2-3. Maybe $5 on a good day.
They have an opening in the end! The way they roll them up leaves an opening. You can see the two end coins in the roll. Banks frequently wrap circulated coins for storage. If they're brand new cents, congratulations! But they could be wrapped up from circulation.
