I looked at the 1/1 but why does it say Chicago? And if it is legit would PSA Grade this?

I have never seen one like that, I almost suspect that the 1 of 1 was added by the seller similar to what sellers were doing a few years back.. If that is the case PSA would not grade it.

The sellers name is dave, if you would like to ask him about the card he will give you info on it. he works with etopps. They had a booth at the national in chicago last year. I believe it was something etopps may have made just for the show. He had many other players (1/1) also. They put together boxes of cards you could purchase for a chance to pull 1/1.

Legit? Yes.

It's a legit "Chicago National Promo" from 2005.. similar to the cards each manufacturer puts in VIP bags etc,every year. Also like they do at the Hawaii trade show.

As to the grading there was something mentioned, like these would be recognized. But it slips my mind if it was BGS or PSA.

It is legit in the fact that it was a 1/1 made for the national in chicago. They made 1/1's for the national this year too. I know the BGS recognizes it and will grade it but not sure about PSA.
