Well, it isn't amazing, but I have a nice original-looking 1812. I think you expressed an interest in it before (to my surprise), but I did something scatterbrained and misplaced the coin or forgot to return your PMs or something.

The fact of the matter is, I think this coin is still around here somewhere, if it wasn't one of the coins stolen from my booth back in April. I don't think it was there when I got hit. I think it will turn up around here... somewhere.

I told you I was scatterbrained. image

I am gonna look for it today.

Thanks Robertson, I already have a mid grade 1812 however. I am looking for an AU+.

I wish I were advanced enough to consider EF45 "midgrade" in early 19th century stuff. image

Seriously, tho'- good luck- that's a handsome collection you're building.

    Nice stuff Lieutenant!

I'm in the same boat....a few less coins in my collection, and your stuff looks a few grades higher than my collection. I have an 1824 you may me interested in which i purchased for AU money. However 1824 is an easier date to find w/ nice toning so you may already have a few prospects.

Do you collect draped stuff? I recently upgraded the below Fine 1806 to an awesome target toned EF (need to send it in to the picture guy at pcgs as it's a total knockout). Even though it's a duplicate, not sure i want to part w/ her yet.....you know how it is. Good luck in your hunt.

I would be cool with seeing a picture if you get a chance. I dont collect draped stuff really...although I would like to.
