The Phillies Police are considered Tall Boys.

PSA does grade them.

thanks for the info. are the police cards included in master or basic sets?

The police cards would be in the "Master" sets. The Basic sets are limited to the "regular" Topps, Fleer, Donruss, Upper Deck, Score, Bowman, etc. issues.
