  • Hopefully I qualify as a regular and no I'm not tired of them, I think they are a good way of seeing new coins (even if I don't win)

DR J, thanks, you are a regular. I define a regular as someone who doesn't just post when there is a giveaway.

I'm not sure whether I'm a "regular" or an "irregular," image but in any case I don’t mind them (although I don’t enter) but I think that after the recent “fuss” about SSPs, some folks might feel obligated to offer periodic giveaways. Just my 2¢ - Preussen

What does a healthy amount of fiber in ones diet have to do with giveaways?

Nope, I just don't enter if the coin doesn't fit my collection.

  • I am an irregular...regular.......if anyone understands that I can use the definition.

I do not enter the giveaways anymore..........or hold any either................

but I think they are a great part of this Darkside forum.

I read the posts a lot still and I am sure I will be back again full time.

I rarely enter them. Every once in a while, though, one interests me.

One of my favorites was the INAUGURATA from 'way back. They just don't hold 'em like that anymore.

I also liked one I did - the winner got a nice coin and the "loser" got a Churchill crown. D'you still have that one, cache? image

  • I have stopped entering unless the coin fits into my collection.

But they are still a good idea and great fun.
