    You're not going to want to let any of the guys who bought one of these within spitting distance of a high window after this Gordon tears his Achilles, or drifts into crystal meth, or does something else to ruin his career. Taking a little flyer on a prospect is one thing-- dropping 5 grand on a card of a guy before the ink is even dry on his first contract is quite another.

    Boopots - didn't you hear? He is 100 times better than Brett, and he will be in the HOF in 7 years (The Hall made an exception)

    Seriously, I hope the bids on these cards are one of two things:
    1) an investor with deep pockets
    2) not a collector that is cannot afford a card that has a very strong chance of losing value
    collecting various PSA and SGC cards

    Even if I had the money I wouldn't buy these cards...$2k I'd much rather buy some vintage.

    And I have been hemming and hawing for MONTHS on whether I should drop the comparibly TINY sum on the Heritage cut out to truly finish off the master set.

    This card is nuts and something tells me that alot more than the rumored 100 of them are floating around
