1995 DD

Can someone tell me if this is a 1995 DD. My father says it is in his coin book, but I can't see it. Could he have just put that in there knowing it wasn't a 1995 DD?

    The '95 DDO has a pretty good spread on it, especially in the LIBERTY. I don't see it on this and would expect to.

    It would be easier to tell with close-ups of IGWT and LIBERTY, don't need the whole coin. But like CK says, it's obvious, so if you don't see it, it's probably not.
