The way it usually works is that if they owe you money it's gone but you always have to pay them.

If you are on "stretch pay" you continue to pay as you were instructed to. If SAH has new mailing instructions they will let you know.

If you signed up for "auto Ship" which means they will automatically ship something in the future, the assumption is you have NOT paid for it yet, so you will not get it in the future if they are belly up, which they will be.

I hope this answers your concerns.

Just a second. Is the company declaring bankruptcy, or are they merely discontinuing this facet of their business?

  • It doesn't matter if they are bankrupt or a discontinued business for whatever reason, if you purchased and received goods---you owe the business or the receiver the agreed to amount.

According to CW SilverTowne will honor all past "auto ships". I dont know why anyone would sign up for something like that anyway. The items they sold with auto ships will end up going down in value anyway(ie colored SQ's, plat SQ's,....etc) I never seen thwem offer GAE's or SAE's auto ship.

And how would someone who's never bought from them know about it? Or care?
