What does anyone predict that a Bank Box of 2004-P Peace Nickles NFString 50 roll will go for in about 2 years from now, being that they are going for $650 on ebay!!

Why has the price risen so rapidly on these boxes? Whats is so special?

I spoke to a collector in Philidelphia, he said a 50 P roll box of the NF-string rolls are expected to bring in over $2 G's in the next few years..

double dies.......I sold a mint box that I paid $8.95 for from the mint for $75 a while back.......50 rolls I guess is more chance for DD....and one of the rolls is shorter than the other...below are the rolls I sold, P+D.....the Philly is shorter

Supply and demand. I think when the Peace Medal-P nickels first came out nobody really cared and they weren't saved in the massive quantitys like the other nickels in the Westward Journey series. They kind of went under the radar. When the big mail order and TV guys needed quantitys of coins they bid them up in order to get them. I think now that the excitement of the series has died they will slowly come down. They've already come down a few dollars from the high.
