Donruss customer Service(??) what's that??

ok...some might remember 6-7 months ago I had an issue with these guys over damaged product....they said to send it back and that they would replace it..

WELL....it been that long and all I get is a pat email saying it's in process...

The only way to get ahold of them is to leave a voice message, which go unanswered...OR..if the answer does come...it a repeat of the same email over and over...

Anyone know of an inside way to get ahold of anyone there???

At this point, I am considering legal action...maybe that will get them off their duff...

Until then, I am preparing a letter for SCD..or whatever other print wants to run with it...AND I refuse to stock anymore Donruss/Playoff product in my store!! I'm putting my foot down..

When did they take the word "service"..out of customer service??

  • I used to be able to talk to Rich Vos who was the manager of Customer Service, but he was replaced by a woman a couple of years ago whose name escapes me. I thought I had saved her address on a word document but I cant find it. I'll try and rustle through some old papers I've saved to see if I still have it. If memory serves me correctly (which it rarely does anymore) I believe her last name was in the line of Rosenthal.........
  • oops. That was Laura Rosenberg of PSA. I know I have the address somewhere here because I had a problem with the original art cards (where they charged 19.95 s&h for each artwork). I had spoke to a rep before I sent them in to see if I could get a discount on postage, and they had told me that they had special boxes for the paintings and needed to charge that amount. I sent in 7 at one time and they shipped them all in one box for 16.95! Want to talk about ebay sellers gouging postage costs? I paid 140.00 and they crammed them all into the same box they use for only one and two of them were damaged! After Rich Vos left, the customer service dept went right downhill.........

I wanted to talk to them about one of their sets for a potential article. It would been a chance to toot their own horn. I left a message. No call back. Very poor.
