Obverse III21– Tiny faint, thin and short dash well below second 8.
Reverse C3a-- Raised parallel bands extending from eagle’s right wing tip and D in UNITED to rim with some polished surfaces.
I recently discovered a very similar condition on a 1886 as well. Leroy assigned a new VAM 1I to this one...
