Looks altered to me. If the bottom of the "3" ran together with the other 3, I'd say it was maybe a die gouge of some kind, but that just looks faked to me.
If you haven't noticed, I'm single and miserable and I've got four albums of bitching about it that I would offer as proof.
Looks like a huge die gouge-it's definately NOT a 3/3. This seller has a lot of bogus "varieties" and his prices for the legit ones are simply out of this world.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
