I sent ebay Security notification of his "PhotoShopped" images, and also sent notice to dmplrainbow that his attempt to hide problems with the coins in his auctions was fraudulent and on the verge of illegal. Well, I just got this e-mail from him (dmplrainbow):

"YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF ALL OF EBAY'S TRANSFER INFLUENCE RULES. I AM GOING TO ASK FOR YOUR PERMANENT SUSPENSION WHEN MY THE EBAY OFFICE OPENS. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU EMAILED? AND YOUR LANGUAGE IS ATROCIOUS."

Here is my response back to him:

"The only people I've e-mailed was ebay Security to let them know of your fraudulent activity in altering (PhotoShop) the images to hide problems of the coins in your auctions. You are the type of seller that ebay needs to get rid of! You are the laughing stock on the Coin Universe forum and everyone there is onto your scam. Go ahead and notify ebay, they can see that I didn't e-mail anyone else, and it'll give me the opportunity to present more fraudulently doctored photos of your coins (I was limited to ten of your items in the first notification to them). You are a joke and a con-man, I hope ebay gets rid of you!!!!!"

You'd think that the fact that he's been outed, that he would stop PhotShopping the images, but what he has done is on his newly listed coins is to be more subtle with the touch-up tool. But he is still covering up problems with the coins none-the-less. Lets hope ebay gets on him.
