And, from the "something I've never seen before" department comes this freshly graded ANAC

1964 proof Kennedy graded PR69DCAM!
In all the searching I've done I've never seen a 1964 graded PR69DCAM by ANACS. In fact, I don't ever remember seeing a 68DCAM (Heavy Cam in the old days). I've seen a handful of 67's, but that's it.

<< <i>Hey Ferengi- does it pass the test as a 69dcam? >>
If the images are an accurate reflection of the degree of contrast, no. But, it looks like it was done on a scanner, and they don't always capture contrast that well.
<< <i>A coin grade Heavy CAM by ANACS back in the day would be considered a "Moose". >>
Yep, they were the toughest; even tougher than PCGS.

<< <i>So what's up with all the junk in the fields? Attributed to the scan? >>
I'm not seeing junk in the fields. A couple of ticks that might be on the slab. There is reflection off the mirrors on the lower obverse periphery that looks like haze, but isn't. And, the reverse has some mint frost in the mirrors, but this is not abnormal.
