Since I can't see any luster (could be the coin was scanned), I would grade it MS-62. Still, I like it and need one for my collection.

Anywhere between 53-58 60 would be a gift as there is obvious wear on the right leg, breasts, rock and even areas of the field.
I can't see obvious luster from the pic either so it might be there or it could have a light polish - I can't tell with that lighting.
Without looking to see what any one else said - I'll guess 53

Edit: Looks like I low balled her... nice type too - Is she a CC?
