Canadian Silver Dollars Question

Until what year was the Canadian Dollar still silver ? Did it go from 90% to 40% at some point like some US coins ?

How many oz of silver are in a Canadian Silver Dollar ?

Thanks !

Circulation strike Canadian dollars contained 23.33 grams of .800 fine silver through 1967.

Specimen and proof silver dollars contained 23.30 grams of .500 fine silver from 1971 through 1991, then 25.175 grams of .925 fine silver from 1992 to 2002, then 25.175 grams of .999 fine from 2003 to present.

There are specimen and proof strikes of cupro-nickel and nickel dollars, also.
