Pretty neat clash, I think. Are these only found on New Orleans mint Coins?

The most dramatic/visible E-clashes are found on O-mint coins, but there are also several P-mint dates with partial Es. I'm not aware of any S or CC coins that have them.
    When in doubt, don't.
  • That's freakin' beautiful. Am I too much a newbie to tell you that you suck for owning it?

  • Hey M4M.... You gotta get Becky to post the one I sold her last year (I think) it's a VERY dramatic BE 1886 O.

I always find it hard to pass by any clashed E coins however by eliminating those that have been cleaned or otherwise mishandled, I'm finding it harder to find some of theses coins.

I was at a local coin show and one guy shows up every month with his vam books and goes through every Morgan there, good thing its a small show. Anyway we were talking about the 1A and he said he has 4 of them. Asked him if he wants to sell one and if looks could kill. image

I have a very nice one at PCGS right now being attributed and slabbed. My guess for a grade was 55-58 since they are so poorly struck and mine is an LDS, too.
