    This may have been answered before in another thread but where do these discount codes come from??? I've used PAYPAL for years and never saw anything giving discounts.

    There's talk of the code only working for those who have signed up during the month of March and some talk about it only working for the eBay Direct Stores...

    Yup, this one just worked for me. I did a BIN for the 10-card 1994 Donruss 1984 Anniversary set (see thread). I was afraid I'd have to buy each card individually but stumbled on this offer...
