No, my gut feeling is that PCGS would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER cross an NGC coin at that grade level.

I highly doubt it. I have a 100% cross rate from NGC to PCGS and am 0-1 going the other way. Neither cross many of the top pop stuff.

I agree that neither grading service is likely to cross top pops.

It could always be cracked out if it really is a strong 69.

I think it's a beautiful example, but I have a hard time believing that pcgs would give that a 69....

I cant see PCGS grading any early commem a MS69. It sure looks pretty though. I might grade it MS69.
