It certainly has an odd look to it.

It certainly does look suspicious, but on the other hand

I guess it isn't unusual for $200+ dollar coins to sell for $18 from China via eBay, eh?

Due to the weak mid section on the reverse and what looks like possible casting bumps, I believe that coin is fake.

Fake or genuine, it's from China and as many have said, I wouldn't buy coins from there. Been there, done that, got a crummy coin with the wrong date.

No matter what it is, if it is from China there is a 99% or greater chance that it is fake!
