This was my modern special submission. It actually was finished before my $13 and $8 special. All of the 1974 Topps Football came from the set I purchased for $150 (4 9's!). I might submit more commons at the next special. The 1990 OPC Jagr Rookies were just throw in to get me over 25 cards. The Parish was disappointing, but I was expecting a PSA 7/8 at best.

I'll post the other two when they come in. BTW - I will be going to the casino today to test my good luck.

Great Job overall ! Especially on those pesky 74's. Where did you pickup the 74 set ?

Thanks. I got it from a local dealer that had it buried under a bunch of Pro Set football boxes. I asked him how much and he said 50% book..."I can't get rid of these sets." I bought the set without looking at the cards and my luck paid off. He said he might have a 1975 set, I might check that one out later.

Here is the rest of it. Grader 404 is pretty decent on FB, he must hate Mantle.

I was surprised on the Mantles, I thought they would pull at least one grade higher. I expected a 5 on Lattner. I need to look at the Walker because it was well-centered and had great color, decent corners. I'm really happy with the PSA 8 Bradshaw and Schottenheimer Rookies. The Van Brocklin was pleasant surprise, I got it in a discount box for $10.
