I'm somewhat surprised this coin is still available???

I already have an example of this particular issue and date, but if I didn't, I would probably pick up this one. I think it's quite attractive, any other thoughts on it?

Commens are not my area, but I recently bought an MS65 PCGS rattler for about 10% of this price. Granted not with quite the attractive toining as this one, but with as nice a strike. The price seems high to me but again I don't follow these.

I dont like the way the toning runs on that coin. Makes me suspect it. Of course I would have to look at it in person to be sure. But the delineation between the toning and the nontoned areas reminds me too much of the way liquid runs on an uneven surface. The lines are not well defined. May be the photo and the coin may be different in person.
