On the left we have the highly comfortable elongated model. On the right we have the cozy little standard model.

I prefer the elongated version. I can sit there for hours

Depends how much room you have. Did you see in the picture there is hardwood floors under the toilet..yes! I picked up a Kolher with the flush handle on the top. You just pull up on the finial to flush...oooooooooo

The elongated one is definitely more comfortable, but watch your shirt tails though. Especially if you're having one of those days where you're a little runny.

Kohler high profile only! Otherwise, it aint sittin" !

Kohler is the way to go, but I think the elongated throne is also 2" taller. I do not like that height. I like the lower seat for better leverage.

I like the bigger one, but what I prefer most in a toilet is a powerful flush ! ( I eat a lot of bran )

I would have to go with the elongated. I grew up using the rounded ones and then when I bought my first house it had the elongated and I hate to use rounded ones again. They are definatly more comfortable. I can sit there and read a whole issue of Beckett or Tuff Stuff!

Finally! I'm not alone in this world. I hate the ones the use a cup full of water to get the job done.....which it doesn't.

Elongated all the way. Hate those other ones.
