NewP: 1879-O Morgan PL.......grade?

I bought this coin at the Westford MA show last weekend. It is very nice and in my opinion PL and was sold to me as such. What are your thoughts for a grade?

I'm not sure that's a mark. It might just be a shiney patch. They tend to look like marks.

The amount of cameo contrast, or lack thereof, has no bearing on a coin getting a PL or DMPL designation.
