When I saw the first pics I thought, "Nice coin!". When I saw the second "PASS!". To me the second looks like a cleaned piece that is starting to re-tone and may still have some chemical traces on it.

I wonder which one it really looks like in hand.

I wouldn't even try, while I like it, looks cleaned.

I really think it has been cleaned.....This one I have no doubt about, and it is toned in much the same way...

It looks more like the first pic... the second has all kinds of light on the coin... took me about 8 pics to make that color show.

What I was thinking... It's hard to find bust coins that haven't had some cleaning...

If it looks more like the first picture that's good. Take that second picture and hide it away. It'll give the coin a bad reputation.

if it didn't have that rim dent at 5 oclock, I'd think they were 2 different coins
