For type? Heck, I got a whole collection of slabbed SBA bucks.

If anyone has a 1979-P Wide Rim in an OWH ANACS MS66 holder for sale, PM me....

  • Yup, a couple of pcgs. But, one will go and keep the other for my type set.

79 and 81 type 2 in PCGS PR69DCAM... too scary and confusing to buy raw!

Yes, I'm ashamed to say, I do -- three of 'em, actually. Each of '79-S, '80-S and '81-S, all slabbed PCGS PR-69DCAM.

I can't ever imagine ever wanting one of those under any condition. much less an MS slabbed version.

However, each to his own. I mainly focus on silver mint and proof sets, not the moderns but 1964 and back.

I'd never criticize anyone for their choice of what to collect, nor would I want anyone to critcize me for my collecting choices either.

Frankly, I'm a bit surprised that so many people do collect them. In all my talks with other collectors, SBAs have never come up.
