We have a table at the show but in all fairness due to plane troubles, we arrived in the afternoon.......I honestly do not expect a large turnout of dealers but am hoping that I will be surprised with a good collector turnout.....Dealers have several other shows around the country taking place this weekend......as many dealers commented to my question....What are we doing here? the response was that on paper the show looks good.....easy airport to fly in to....new convention center, sunny warm weather.....however the lack of pcgs being here is a bummer.....the price for hotels is on the high side.....average hotel in Palm Beach area (according to priceline is about $300 per night) however using the net you are able to get hotels in the $100 to $200 range......there are many local Florida dealers set up and of course several larger dealers who are always on the road or circuit as we say....The Heritage auction which at the last Palm Beach was awesome (their 2nd highest $$$ ) however it was moved from Palm Beach to TX because the show was cancelled due to the big storm....speaking of which I still see damage everywhere....huge toppled trees,etc.... Another factor ticking off the out of area dealers is the promotors style....I actually like Greg, but the word is that many dealers did not like the fact that if they come from out of state they pay $500-$750 per table yet the local dealers who have much less expenses get same tables for $100 - $150 dollars....I know several dealers who told me he can $%^& the show, they wont go.....anyway its late....tired but if you are thinking of stopping at the show, please say hi....we also have free gifts if you say the secret word...plus many new "fresh" coins on display......and believe me we are offering great prices...as we really dont want to ship any coins back......

We survived Hurricane Wilma quite nicely, thank you. All those "toppled Trees" are now wood chips in your local gardens.

I do not have a table at the show, but I was at setup today. Judging by how setup went for the majority of the dealers, anybody planning to attend should not have high expectations for the show's success.

Many dealers believe that up to 1/3 of the dealers with tables may not show up at all.
