1963 Vatican Sede Vacante medal sets pictures

I just thought that I would share a couple of recent arrivals; two sets of Sede Vacante medals (gold, silver, bronze) from 1963. The first set is for the Cardinal Camerlengo Benedetto Aloisi-Masella. The second is for the Conclave Governor, Federico Callori di Vignale.

Haven't seen you before.
I think our Old Dead King ("Aethelred") is (or was) into Sede Vacante issues at one time (maybe just coins and not exonumia).
Cool stuff

Nice medals. They look like they are cast bronze and then plated. I have several Canadian medals with that look.

Nope, maybe it's my pictures, but the gold medals are .750 pure and the silver ones are .800 pure.

May I ask what kind of camera you use and perhaps you'll give us a few words on your imaging setup...
Again, beautifully done!
is that you end up being governed by inferiors. – Plato
I'm always impressed by arms with so many complex escutcheons as on the Governor's.

No, I've pretty much just started collecting Vatican medals, and this is my only Sede Vacante ones so far.

Thank you and everyone else for the compliments. My current setup is very ad hoc, just a tray table, a standing fluorescent lamp, a tripod, and a black case to place the medals on. The camera I use is a Minolta Dimage G500 that I bought a few years ago. I have a picture below of my quick thrown-together setup.
