    That coin is a premium quality poor-1 if I ever saw one. Many are much worse.

    I have a Poor-.1 Wreath.......an s11c with absolutely no detail and only identifiable by looking at the Lettereded edge w 2 leaves! Not a Poor -1 but close !

    PO 01's that I have seen only had the chain still visible.
